What to tell us when you call
- Your location — nearest exit, mile marker, or cross street
- The truck’s make and engine, if you know it
- What it’s doing — derating, won’t start, air leak, tire, something else
- Whether it’s still rolling or completely stopped
What we can handle on site
- Air leak diagnosis and repair
- Forced regen for a truck that’s derating
- Jump starts and charging system checks
- Tire service
- Minor mechanical repairs
What has to come to the shop
Engine overhauls, major transmission work, and anything that needs the bay’s equipment aren’t roadside jobs — we’ll tell you honestly when that’s the situation instead of trying to make a highway shoulder into a shop.

Dispatched from Chicago Ridge — I-294 (the Tri-State) and I-55 (the Stevenson) are the two corridors we reach most, along with the local truck routes on Cicero Ave, Harlem Ave, and 95th Street.
