What the job involves
We leak-test the A/C system before recharging it — refrigerant doesn’t just disappear, and recharging a system with an active leak means you’re back in a week.
Compressor, condenser, evaporator, and expansion valve all get checked as part of a full system diagnosis, not just the refrigerant level.
Heater complaints get traced through coolant flow and the blend door actuator, which are separate from the A/C refrigerant system entirely.
A/C issues spike in the summer and heater issues spike in the fall and winter — we see the seasonal pattern and diagnose accordingly.
