Privacy Policy
This explains what RG Truck Repair Inc collects when you use this website, where it goes, and how to get it removed. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.

The short version
We collect what you type into a form, and nothing else. That information is emailed to the shop so we can call you back. We do not sell it, we do not advertise with it, and this site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
What we collect
When you request a quote
Your name, a phone number, an email address if you choose to give one, the year and make of the truck, the engine, and your description of the problem. The email address is optional; everything else is required because we cannot quote a repair without it.
When you submit the fleet form
Your company name, a contact name, a phone number, an email address, the size of the fleet, and optionally the types of trucks you run, the services you are interested in, and any message you add.
When you just read the site
Nothing you have to give us. Our host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, the pages requested and when. That happens for every website and we do not use those logs for anything but keeping the site running and secure.
Spam checks on the forms
Each form carries a hidden field that a person never sees and a check on how long the form was open before it was sent. Both exist to catch automated submissions. Neither tracks you, and neither is kept after the submission is accepted or rejected.
Where it goes
A form submission becomes an email. It is delivered by Resend, an email service that handles the sending, and it arrives in the shop’s inbox, which is hosted by Google. Those two companies process the message in order to deliver it.
This website has no database and no customer accounts. Your submission is not stored on the site. It exists as an email in the shop’s inbox, and it stays there until we delete it.
We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone for marketing. The only time it goes further is if the law requires it.
Cookies, tracking, and other sites
This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. There are no advertising trackers, no pixels, and no cross-site profiling.
One third party is contacted while you browse. The service-area map on the home page loads its map tiles from OpenStreetMap, and it only loads them if you scroll far enough to reach the map. Like any request your browser makes, that one tells OpenStreetMap your IP address. Nothing about you or your enquiry is sent with it.
Pages here link out to other sites — Google for directions and reviews, and photographers we credit. Once you follow a link, that site’s privacy policy applies and ours does not.
How long we keep it
Quote and fleet enquiries stay in the shop’s email while they are useful — an open job, a repair history worth keeping, a fleet we are actively quoting. We do not delete them on a fixed schedule, and we would rather tell you that plainly than publish a retention period we do not actually follow.
If you want your enquiry deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Call the shop or use the contact details below. There is no form for this and no account to log into — a phone call is the fastest way.
You can also simply call instead of using a form. Nothing on this site has to be filled in to get a truck looked at.
Children
This is a commercial truck repair business. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we start using analytics, add a booking system, or change where form submissions go, this page gets updated before that happens, and the date at the top changes with it.
