These terms cover this website. They do not cover the repair work itself — that is governed by the repair order you sign at the shop, which is the document that actually matters once your truck is in a bay.

Using this site
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not, stop using the site and call us instead — the phone number works either way.
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or to submit forms automatically. The forms are for people with trucks.
What the content is
The service pages, engine pages, and articles here describe how heavy-duty diesel systems generally behave. They are written to help you understand what might be wrong before you call.
They are not a diagnosis of your truck. Two trucks with the same fault code routinely need different repairs, and nothing written here substitutes for someone putting hands and a scan tool on the actual vehicle. Do not make a repair decision, or a decision about whether a truck is safe to drive, based on a web page.
Quotes and estimates
Nothing on this site is a price, an estimate, or an offer. There are no prices published here on purpose, because a number given before anyone has seen the truck is not worth anything.
Submitting the quote or fleet form is a request to talk. It does not book a repair, it does not reserve a bay, and it does not create a contract. Work begins when we have agreed on it directly and you have authorised it — not when a form is sent.
Any estimate we give follows an inspection, and it can change if the inspection finds something different. If that happens we tell you before we carry on.
The repair work itself
Everything about the actual job — what is being done, what it costs, what is covered afterwards, payment, and how long we will hold a vehicle — is set out in the repair order and invoice for that job. That paperwork governs the work. This website does not, and nothing here changes what you signed.
If you want those terms before committing to anything, ask for them when you call. We would rather go through them up front.
Availability
The shop’s posted hours are monday–friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, saturday & sunday closed. Mobile and roadside availability varies — call to confirm it rather than relying on anything you read here.
We try to keep this site accurate and online, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or always reachable. Service details, and the areas we cover, can change.
Our content
The text, layout, and the RG Truck Repair name and logo belong to RG Truck Repair Inc. You are welcome to read it, print it, and link to it. Do not republish it as your own or use the name or logo to suggest a connection to this shop that does not exist.
Some photographs are licensed from their photographers and are credited in the footer. Those credits are a condition of the licence and stay where they are.

Where we link to somewhere else, we do not control it and are not responsible for what it says or does.
Liability
This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, RG Truck Repair Inc is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on its general information — including lost time, lost loads, or lost revenue.
This section is about the website. It does not limit our responsibility for repair work we actually perform, which sits with the repair order and with Illinois law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Cook County, Illinois.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
